How many menstrual products are included?

For pads only: 10 pads and 8 liners

For tampons only: 12 tampons and 10 liners

For both: 12 tampons, 8 pads, and 10 liners.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

When can I expect my shipment?

Please allow 8 to 10 business days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once processing is complete, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 business days for domestic orders, and 8 to 20 business days for international orders.

How much is shipping each month?

United States: Standard shipping is $10.00, with free shipping available for orders over $150. No code necessary.

Canada & Mexico: Standard shipping is $18.00

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How can I change or cancel my subscription?

Modifications can be made at any time by logging into your customer portal.

For prepaid subscription cancellations, you must cancel before your next billing date to prevent being charged. If you cancel more than 24 hours after your billing date, you will receive one last shipment.

What is your refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do offer store credit if any refund is required.
